Biking Trails

 

 

An easy 22 km. (44 km. return) multi-purpose trail that follows the abandoned K&P railroad north from Calabogie to Renfrew.  The trail crosses the Madawaska River at Calabogie and then winds its way north through rock and forest passing scenic lakes and wetlands before emerging into farmland as it nears Renfrew.

 

An easy 18 km. (36 km return) multi-purpose trail following the southern portion of the abandoned K&P railroad from Calabogie to Flower Station. As it proceeds south the trail passes through rock cuts within a forest setting and then by a number of scenic lakes and numerous wetlands.

 

10 km. of easy cross country ski trails that wind their way through a picturesque forest landscape. Combinations of the well-marked trails can be used to create rides of different lengths.

 

A difficult 12 km. (24 km.) trail involving a number of significant hill climbs before arriving at a spectacular overlook at Wabun Lake.
